About the venue(s):
Muse Cafe came to fruition in September 2005 when
owners Joe Grzesik, Nicole Durham, & Dave Z Marsalek, decided
to take Bon Appetit and make it into the kind of establishment
they themselves would frequent. Thinking that West Town and
the over-saturated Northside and Wicker Park needed an off
the beaten path kind urban allday and nite eatery/cafe, owners
changed, as well as the vibe at 817 n Milwaukee Ave.
